Marina Family

We have had a wonderful week filled with activity each day that had to do with inclusive schools.  We also had Hour of Code all day on Thursday with our Salesforce partners, and the kids loved participating. My thanks to everyone who was involved, particularly Mr. Vong, in bringing this special day to our students.

We had a great student/faculty soccer game at lunch today, and it turns out that we have both student and faculty superstars.  There will be a rematch coming up soon.  The students won 2-1.

Study Island will begin in January when we return.

Ms. Lamb and Ms. Scott out on maternity leave and will be returning after Spring Break.  Ms. Lamb is being covered by Trina Ponce and Ms. Scott is being covered by Ms. Fox.

The Book Fair begins Thursday 12/13 and goes through Thursday 12/20.  Students can purchase books before and after school and during lunch. Parents can sign up to help through the link on the website.  Extra: the book fair will be open before and after the winter concerts.

Winter Concerts: Band and choir on Thursday, December 13 at 6 p.m. and Orchestra on Thursday, December 20 at 6 p.m..

Happy Chanukah this week!
